Cat Affairs Bureau tells its miniature cat story from two sides. One reveals a busy office filled with books, letters and parcels; the other presents the green-and-white facade of an enchanted cat house with a balcony, roses and its own Cat Mail post box.
Upstairs, an elegantly dressed feline gentleman holds a cup while overseeing the work below. Files and books gather around a red armchair, where a small golden crown rests as though another extraordinary case has just arrived.
