Delivery time depends on the destination and available shipping method:
• Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 0–2 working days.
• Delivery after dispatch usually takes 5–9 working days for most destinations and 7–14 working days for regions with longer routes.

These are estimates. Busy periods, public holidays, customs checks, weather and local carriers may affect the delivery time. The estimate shown at checkout or in your dispatch confirmation applies to your order.

Public holidays, promotions, high parcel volumes, weather, customs checks where applicable and delays with local carriers can extend delivery times. Products subject to special transport rules may also travel separately from the rest of an order.

Taxes and import charges are handled according to the destination and the rules that apply to the order, including IOSS where relevant. Any amount collected by booknook.de is shown at checkout. If a carrier or authority requests an unexpected payment that was not shown at checkout, contact us at service@booknook.de before paying.

Photograph the packaging, shipping label and product before discarding anything. Email service@booknook.de, include your order number and attach clear images. After reviewing the case, we will offer an appropriate solution in line with the applicable rights and circumstances.
