A walking castle that comes alive before your eyes
Walking Castle is a wooden 3D puzzle where fantasy architecture and visible mechanics interlock. Houses with different roofs, towers, chimneys and terraces form an irregular settlement above a circular base packed with gears.
When the mechanism starts, the movement remains in full view. Gears drive the wings, several chimneys, the upper terrace and the rear propeller. Warm light reveals windows, passages and tiny facades, while the music can be muted independently without stopping the mechanics.
Why Walking Castle keeps surprising
The mechanics are part of the design: gears, wings and propeller are not merely technical components, but elements that define the castle's appearance. At rest it resembles a richly detailed fantasy town; in motion it becomes a small theatrical machine.
Twenty points of warm light: LEDs distribute illumination across the different levels, giving the stacked houses a warm, clearly readable presence after dark.
Music whenever you want it: the music box can accompany the movement or be switched off separately when you prefer to watch the mechanism in silence.
A hidden display stage: the house on the upper level can be removed. Beneath it lies a rotating platform where a suitable small collectable figure can become part of the scene.

Rated Level 5 – Expert, Walking Castle is intended for model makers who enjoy working precisely with gears, shafts and connected moving parts. The challenge lies not only in the abundance of detail, but in aligning every component so the different movements work together smoothly.
The kit includes a detailed, illustrated guide in English. Picture-led instructions explain most steps clearly and make the process easier to follow.

Suitable B-7000 adhesive is available in our shop; a compatible craft adhesive may also be available locally.
