A two-storey library house with music in the sitting room
Grimm’s Small Building by Nookette brings a library and music room together in an interior lined with warm wood. On the lower floor, a piano, fireplace and tall bookcases take centre stage; a long staircase draws the eye towards the gallery, where a woman reads beside a small cat.
Brown wood, gold details and classical pictures evoke an old town house. Despite its narrow format, the sitting room, staircase and upper floor read as one continuous interior.
What makes Grimm’s Small Building special?
A library spanning two floors: the tall wall of books, long staircase and balustrade connect the sitting room with the gallery in one richly detailed classical interior.
A music room beside the fireplace: the miniature piano stands among bookcases, candlesticks and the glow of the fire. An armchair, tables, rug and flowers make the ground floor feel like a complete sitting room.
Two levels within one story: the staircase leads to the reader and cat, who form the quiet focal point of the gallery. Windows, pictures and bookcases continue the decoration upstairs.
Classical details along every sightline: a globe, mirrors, landscapes, shields and a decorative stag’s head reward a closer look. Their different heights make the interior feel deeper.
Warm LED lighting with touch control: several points of light illuminate the sitting room, staircase and gallery. One touch brings out the fireplace and the warm tones of the wood.
How difficult is it to build?
Grimm’s Small Building is rated ★★☆☆☆ – Level 2, Easy. The main structure is accessible for newer builders, while the balustrades, furniture, books and two-storey composition offer plenty of careful detail work.
The kit includes a detailed illustrated guide in English. Most of the process is explained through pictures, making the steps easy to follow and complete even if English is not your first language.
Once complete, Grimm’s Small Building creates a compact presence between your books, linking its staircase, library and music room in one domestic scene.

What else might I need for assembly?
Requirements vary by model. Check the Product Details for the battery type, adhesive or tools needed for your chosen kit. Suitable B-7000 adhesive is available in our shop; a compatible craft adhesive may also be available locally. Always follow the instructions and make sure any adhesive is suitable for the materials in the kit.
