A two-storey artist’s studio beneath a starry sky
A World Within The Frame turns a space between your books into a warmly lit artist’s studio arranged across two storeys. Easels, paints, brushes and a small sculpture surround the worktable downstairs, while a curved staircase leads towards an upper gallery filled with framed pictures, books and collected objects.
The front draws you into the creative work taking place on both levels. Along the side, a decorative composition inspired by Van Gogh’s The Starry Night gives the model a second, distinctly artistic perspective when it is displayed on the shelf.
What makes A World Within The Frame stand out
A vertical studio with genuine depth: the balcony, staircase and tall window divide the space without closing it off. Your eye travels naturally from the front easel to the upper gallery, where frames and tools continue the story.
A starry artwork built into the scene: the familiar swirling sky appears on the side of the model and as a small decorative jigsaw with its own stand. The artistic reference becomes part of the finished display rather than simply serving as a background.
A studio caught in the creative process: some paintings already hang on the walls while others remain on their easels. Pots of brushes, tubes of paint, books, a bust and a gramophone make the space feel collected and lived in.
Warm light across both levels: LED lighting picks out the tall window, upper gallery and worktable. Golden wood tones, red curtains and yellow details gain extra depth once the scene is illuminated.
An intermediate project with plenty to discover
Rated Level 3 – Medium, this kit suits makers with some experience as well as focused beginners ready for a more detailed build. The two floors, curved staircase and many slender studio elements call for careful alignment, but the clearly defined work areas make it easy to progress section by section.
The kit includes a detailed, illustrated guide in English. Most steps are explained through pictures, so the process remains easy to follow even if English is not your first language. Sorting the pieces by floor and checking their orientation before fixing them will help the build run smoothly.

Requirements vary by model. Check the Product Details for the battery type, adhesive or tools needed for your chosen kit. Suitable B-7000 adhesive is available in our shop; a compatible craft adhesive may also be available locally.
