A colourful journey along the yellow brick road
Dorothy's Journey turns the road to Oz into a tall miniature world filled with encounters. Dorothy, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion occupy the foreground; the Scarecrow, a witch, little houses among the trees and several woodland creatures lead the eye towards the illuminated Emerald City.
The scene brings together several stages of the adventure rather than holding on to a single moment. The yellow brick road winds through sunflowers, pumpkins, warm harvest colours and twisted purple branches, combining the bright and mysterious sides of the story in one deeply layered composition.
What makes Dorothy's Journey special?
A complete journey built in depth: the yellow brick road begins at the front and creates a clear route through the characters, houses and woodland details. The Emerald City remains visible as the destination at the end of the path.
A balloon you can adjust by hand: behind the city, the hot-air balloon can be raised or lowered manually, changing the accent at the top of the composition.
Two moods within one landscape: flowers, pumpkins and gentle colours fill one side, while twisted branches, purple buildings and the witch make the other more enigmatic. The contrast encourages another look long after assembly is complete.
LED lighting with touch and motion control: the light picks out the Emerald City and the road's layered scenery. Switch it on with the touch control or let the motion sensor respond as you pass the shelf.
