Across the red bridge to your own Japanese hideaway
A red bridge leads to a warmly lit Japanese shop-house, with a miniature water feature and garden lantern at the front. Bridgeside Machiya brings architecture, a little garden and a welcoming eatery into one scene. Beneath the layered roofs, counters are filled with tiny dishes and food.
The appeal lies in looking from outside to in. Carp-shaped windsock decorations add colour at the side, while stools, bowls and miniature meals draw you closer to the rooms. Touch-controlled LEDs give the interior a warm sense of depth.
You build the surroundings as well as the house: bridge, path and furnishings all belong to the same little world. The illustrated guide explains the steps mainly through pictures. A satisfying project for Japan enthusiasts who enjoy arranging detailed scenes and displaying them from more than one angle.

Each kit comes with illustrated English instructions that rely mainly on pictures, so the sequence remains easy to follow even without strong English skills.
What else might I need for assembly?
Requirements vary by model. Check the Product Details for the battery type, adhesive or tools needed for your chosen kit. Suitable B-7000 adhesive is available in our shop; a compatible craft adhesive may also be available locally. Always follow the instructions and make sure any adhesive is suitable for the materials in the kit.
