A Gothic maze of staircases and sinister relics
Haunting Relics by Minicity builds an entire world of twisting staircases, balconies and arches inside a narrow Book Nook. The route rises from a pile of skulls to the highest terrace, where the Grim Reaper waits, while translucent ghosts appear along the passages in between.
Amber light travels through niches and doorways, letting coffins, dolls and tiny display cases emerge and disappear among the shadows. Each level becomes a focal point of its own, so the finished scene feels less like a single room and more like a vertical labyrinth.
What makes Haunting Relics special?
Architecture spread across several levels: staircases, landings, round balconies and stone arches connect the base to the upper gallery. The irregular route creates depth and makes even the smallest niche part of the story.
The Grim Reaper, ghosts and a winged skeleton: the Reaper watches from the highest balcony, a ghost haunts the stairs and a winged skeleton occupies the centre. Your eye naturally climbs from one apparition to the next.
A collection of macabre relics: skulls, a cross-marked coffin, dolls, portraits, trophies and tiny objects in transparent cases each form their own dark little scene.
Five figures to arrange as you wish: the freestanding pieces can be placed inside the Book Nook or displayed beside it in their transparent cases, giving you room to personalise the finished composition.
Amber LED lighting with touch control: the warm light casts deep shadows between the stairs and figures. The touch sensor is built into the spider at the lower front edge, while the battery compartment is concealed at the back.
How difficult is it to build?
Haunting Relics is rated ★★★☆☆ – Level 3, Intermediate. Its many staircases, balustrades, display cases and figures reward patience and precise placement, while the clearly defined sections help keep the build easy to follow.
The kit includes a detailed illustrated guide in English. Most of the process is explained through pictures, making each step straightforward to follow and complete.
With the removable protective panel in place, Haunting Relics retains a compact profile between your books. Switch on the light and the sequence of stairs, shadows and figures becomes a miniature gallery of Gothic horror.

What else might I need for assembly?
Requirements vary by model. Check the Product Details for the battery type, adhesive or tools needed for your chosen kit. Suitable B-7000 adhesive is available in our shop; a compatible craft adhesive may also be available locally. Always follow the instructions and make sure any adhesive is suitable for the materials in the kit.
