Voyage Memories: an explorer’s study filled with maps and ships
Voyage Memories turns the space between books into a two-storey maritime study. Below, a map lies open on the desk among navigation instruments; above, a telescope and a collection of sailing ships wait for the next route to be planned.
The appeal of this Book Nook comes from the way its objects belong together. Model ships, maps, framed documents, an anchor and an armillary sphere form the private archive of a traveller preserving past journeys and future ideas.
A maritime collection built in depth
A complete collection of ships: a large sailing ship on the wall and smaller models in niches and display cases make every level worth exploring.
Two floors with a clear visual route: the curved staircase and balustrade lead the eye from the map table to the upper gallery with its telescope and ships.
A convincing cabinet of exploration: globes, maps, portraits and nautical instruments give the room a historical character that suits travel writing and adventure stories.
Warm touch-controlled LED lighting: the light emphasises pale sails, dark furniture and burgundy walls, giving the scene depth as evening falls.

What else might I need for assembly?
Requirements vary by model. Check the Product Details for the battery type, adhesive or tools needed for your chosen kit. Suitable B-7000 adhesive is available in our shop; a compatible craft adhesive may also be available locally. Always follow the instructions and make sure any adhesive is suitable for the materials in the kit.
