Choose protection or music for a compatible model

This page offers two accessories, selected separately, for compatible Book Nooks and miniature houses: a made-to-fit acrylic dust cover or a music box mechanism. Each version is matched to a specific model, so you choose one of the two accessories when ordering.

Two options with different functions

Acrylic dust cover: clear panels protect the open areas of a miniature from dust while keeping the scene visible. The arrangement depends on the model and may consist of a front panel, front and top panels, or several fitted surfaces.

Music box mechanism: a compact hand-cranked mechanism adds a melody to a miniature designed to accommodate it. The cylinder, musical comb, fixing points and available internal space must suit the model’s construction.

Matched to the model: dimensions, slots, guides and mounting points vary between Book Nooks. Compatibility depends on the exact design, not simply on a similar outer shape.

Please confirm compatibility before ordering

Before buying, email service@booknook.de with the exact name of your Book Nook or miniature house and the accessory you would like. We can then confirm whether a compatible version is available and which option you should select.

The accessory includes an illustrated guide in English. Picture-led instructions explain most of the assembly steps, but prior confirmation of your model remains essential for choosing the correct version.

The acrylic cover helps protect a compatible open miniature from dust. The music box mechanism adds a mechanical melody to a model with the required space and mounting points.
